Sunday June 21 | 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Life doesn't usually get overwhelming all at once.
More often, it happens overtime, slowly without even realizing.
We become so busy managing responsibilities, meeting expectations, and taking care of everyone around us that we stop paying attention to ourselves.
We tell ourselves we're fine because we're functioning.
We're getting things done.
We're showing up where we need to show up.
But beneath the surface, things begin to accumulate.
We carry a lot more than we say out loud.
Unprocessed thoughts, mental overload, emotional weight, and different areas of life slipping while everything continues moving.
Most of the time, nothing feels clear, it is just everything sitting in the mind at once.
When was the last time you sat alone with your thoughts?
The Prophet ﷺ intentionally created space in his life for reflection, worship, and reconnecting with Allah. Even before revelation, he would spend periods of solitude in the Cave of Hira. He would step away from the noise to reconnect with what mattered most.
Today, we are surrounded by more noise than ever before.
We tell ourselves we'll reflect when life slows down.
We'll process things when we have more time.
We'll figure things out later.
But later rarely comes. Most of the time, nothing feels clear. It's just everything sitting in the mind at once.
This workshop is a structured space to slow that down.
A space to step away from the noise, reflect intentionally, evaluate different areas of your life, and gain clarity on what needs attention and what needs change.
Together, we'll work through practical exercises designed to help you untangle what feels overwhelming, identify one an area of life you want to focus on, and develop a framework for moving forward with greater clarity and purpose.
A guided workshop focused on reflection, evaluation, and direction.

This is for individuals who are ready to slow down, be honest with themselves, and work through what has been sitting unresolved instead of staying stuck in cycles of overthinking.
The workshop also includes two live online follow up sessions and WhatsApp group support for reflection and accountability.
This is not about taking in more information, it is about creating space to process what has been ignored.
As Muslims, reflection and self accountability are part of growth and in how we manage our time, responsibilities, relationships, habits, and inner state.
Sometimes the hardest thing is being honest about what needs attention and what can no longer continue on autopilot.
The work starts with you.
About Me
My name is Amirah. I'm an NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) Life Coach, grief advocate, mother, and working professional who knows what it's like to juggle a lot of responsibilities while still wanting to grow, be present, and live with intention.
Like many women, I've experienced seasons where life felt heavy. Between motherhood, work, loss, family responsibilities, and everything in between, I've learned that growth isn't about having more time or more energy. It's about learning how to work with the reality you're living in.
My own experiences with grief changed me in ways I never expected. They pushed me to learn how to navigate difficult emotions, process challenges, and find a way forward when life didn't go according to plan. Through that journey, I discovered that many women are carrying far more than anyone realizes, often while showing up for everyone else.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals through grief, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and personal growth. My passion is helping people reconnect with their strengths, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence while honoring their current capacity.
As a mom, I also know that life rarely gives us perfect conditions. Yet meaningful change is still possible.
The work I do focuses on creating practical spaces where women can reflect, plan, and take action without unrealistic expectations or unnecessary pressure.
This workshop is something I've personally practiced, refined, and tested in my own life. It's not based on theory alone. It's built from real experiences, real challenges, and real lessons learned along the way.
I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you as you no matter what season of life you're in.
WHAT OTHERS HAVE SAID...
"This workshop really pushed me to look deeper and actually sit with what had been weighing on me. it opened up so much more than I expected and made me realize how much inner work is still there for me. At times it felt emotionally heavy, but it was also really clarifying and oddly relieving. Seeing everything laid out in front of me gave me a sense of lightness I didn’t think I would feel."
Ambareen Syeda
"I felt like I was coasting along with the daily routine of life not realizing there were feelings lurking under the surface that had not been addressed by me
It was cathartic to write out my feelings, put a name to them, and address them head on using the prompts and guidance Amirah provided."
Fatima Altaf
"It was one of those things that I didn't know I needed to do but once I did it I felt lighter alhamdulillah. Many of us are busy as mothers and in all the other roles we play, and finding the time to process our emotions instead of suppressing them can be difficult. I would highly recommend attending this workshop - you will not regret it in sha Allah!"
Anam Shahid
"It honestly felt eye-opening. I left feeling lighter, with a clearer understanding of what I need to work on and a deeper awareness that working through suppressed emotions takes time and conscious effort. The step-by-step process also created space for realizations I likely wouldn’t have reached otherwise.
I feel like I now have practical tools and a healthier mindset to continue this inner work more mindfully going forward."

You don't realise how much you need this, and just how extremely vital this workshop is until you do it. I'm forever grateful to Allah for enabling me to come across and experience such a solid workshop, and extremely grateful to Amirah for preparing, and delivering it in the structured way she did. To say it's priceless is an understatement, if you do this properly, you understand how you can actually start organising your life and set achievable goals to execute. Life-changing
